When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, a description of your project, and any photos you attach. If you call or email us directly, we keep the normal records of that correspondence.

Our website does not use advertising trackers. Basic technical information (such as pages visited and approximate region) may be processed by our hosting provider to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: running your project. That means responding to your quote requests, scheduling site visits and work, preparing proposals, coordinating the build, and sending project and payment updates.

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send the project-related messages described in the SMS Terms section of our Terms & Conditions — quote replies, appointment reminders, arrival notices, and project or payment updates.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in to receive text messages from Schmeeckle Construction Inc stays with Schmeeckle Construction Inc.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate — for example, website hosting, email, and text-message delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep project records as long as needed for warranty, legal, and accounting purposes. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, contact us using the details below.
